Processing & Delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Orders paid with cryptocurrency ship after the payment receives network confirmation.
Adult Signature Required (Federal Law)
Under the federal PACT Act, every shipment containing vapor products requires an adult (21+) signature at delivery and cannot be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. We ship with carriers that support age-verified delivery — please plan to have someone 21 or older available to sign. Packages returned to us after failed delivery attempts are refunded minus shipping costs.
Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. State laws change frequently; we currently do not ship vapor products to states that prohibit or heavily restrict direct-to-consumer vapor deliveries, and we restrict flavored-product shipments where state registries require it (including Florida registry compliance). If your address is in a restricted location, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Hemp-derived THC products are not shipped to states where they are prohibited. If you are unsure about your state, contact us before ordering.
Taxes
Applicable state excise and sales taxes on vapor products are collected at checkout where required and reported as required by the PACT Act.

State Shipping Restrictions (Updated July 2026)
Due to state and local laws, we currently cannot ship vaping products to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Maine, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington, DC.
Flavored products: Flavored e-liquid and flavored vape products cannot be shipped to California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington, DC. Only tobacco-flavored or unflavored products that are legally eligible may ship to those states.
State product registries: Some states (including Louisiana, Oklahoma, Florida, Utah, North Carolina, Mississippi, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky, and Indiana) require the specific product you order to appear on that state’s official vapor product directory before it can be sold or shipped there. If an item in your order is not eligible for your state, we may cancel or adjust that item and refund you.
