Discount Puffs sells age-restricted products and takes that responsibility seriously. Federal law — “Tobacco 21,” signed December 20, 2019, and the FDA’s 2024 final rule effective September 30, 2024 — prohibits the sale of tobacco and vapor products to anyone under 21 and requires retailers to verify the age of any purchaser under 30 by photo ID.
How We Enforce 21+
- Site age gate: you must confirm you are 21 or older to enter this Site.
- Checkout verification: orders are screened for age verification; orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.
- Delivery: every vapor product delivery requires an adult (21+) signature — carriers will not leave packages without one.
- Zero tolerance: providing false information to obtain age-restricted products violates our Terms of Service and may violate federal and state law.
